Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and, where applicable, the advertising services provided by Anisima Nexus LLC ("we", "us"). By using this website you accept these terms.

1. Services

We provide paid advertising services, including campaign planning, campaign management, creative strategy and performance reporting. The specific scope, fees and duration of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement with the client. Where those terms conflict with this page, the signed agreement takes precedence.

2. Client responsibilities

  • The client retains ownership of its advertising accounts, pages, pixels and creative assets.
  • The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the products, claims and landing pages it asks us to advertise.
  • The client funds its own advertising spend directly with the advertising platform.
  • The client grants and may revoke our access at any time.

3. Platform policies

All advertising we deliver is subject to the policies of the platform on which it runs. We operate within those policies. We do not guarantee that any advertisement will be approved, and platforms may reject advertising or restrict accounts at their discretion.

4. No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including product, pricing, market conditions and platform behaviour. We do not guarantee any specific level of impressions, conversions, revenue or return on advertising spend.

5. Acceptable use

We do not provide services for content that is unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited by the advertising platforms we buy on. We may decline or end an engagement where a requested activity would breach law or platform policy.

6. Fees

Fees, invoicing schedule and payment terms are set out in the client agreement. Advertising spend is separate from our fees and is paid by the client to the platform.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement.

8. Intellectual property

The client keeps ownership of its brand and assets. Content on this website, including text, layout and logo, remains our property.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice period in the client agreement. On termination we return or delete client credentials and stop accessing client accounts.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost advertising spend. Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
